No, we only sell our photos as fine art prints. We do not sell our digital files.
No, a frame or passepartout are not included when buying a photo print. Frames and passepartout may be used in this website, to help the showcase of the photos.
We only use high quality fine art mat paper for our prints. We choose one of the best papers around, which is the Hahnemühle Photo rag 308gsm.
All the small size prints(up to 20×30 cm) are shipped in a small cardboard box. The bigger prints are all shipped in a cardboard tube.
YOUR ORDERS
To place an order on our website is an easy and safe process. After you have found the product you want to purchase, and select its size and quantity, click on the “ADD TO CART BUTTON”. The product will be placed in your SHOPPING CART. Then follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
Your order will not be placed until the end of the checkout process, when you will be asked what payment method you want, PAYPAL OR DEBIT & CREDIT CARD and click on the “BUY NOW” button.
Every time you place an order on our website, we will reply to you with an email confirming your order and all delivery and billing address details, including all the items you have ordered.
Please check that all information is correct in this confirmation email as incorrect information can cause delays on your order.
Yes, along with the confirmation mail you get, when you place an order on our shop you also get a receipt for the money you spent. Please note, that all prices in our website include VAT.
Yes, when your order is complete and shipped from our warehouse, you will get an email with the status of your order and your tracking number. Make sure to also check your junk folder, because sometimes emails end up there.
If you placed an order with us but did not receive an order confirmation, it may be because an incorrect email address was provided. Please also check your junk mail to make sure the confirmation hasn’t been sorted there. Contact us at support@avgerinosphotography.com or check whether we have an order registered for you, and to correct your email address so that you can receive your order confirmation. It may also be because the order has not gone through. Kindly contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an existing order, but if you contact us immediately, we will try to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse. Once your purchase is cancelled, you can create a new order for the correct product, which means you avoid duplicate orders.
If you want to cancel an order, before the order leaves our warehouse, please sent us an email immediately at support@avgerinosphotography.com.
If you have placed an order at our shop and you haven’t received it yet please check the mail with the tracking number that you received from us. If that does not work please sent us an email at support@avgerinosphotography.com with your order details and we will look into it immediately..
PAYMENT
The payment methods we use are G pay, Apple pay Debit or Credit card and PayPal. You can use any payment method you prefer at the final state, before payment. Note, that you don’t necessary need to have a PayPal account if you want to pay through PayPal. You can pay with your credit or debit card, but with the safety of PayPal.

Our shop is safe for you to shop. All your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, like your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. You also have the extra security of PayPal, when you make Credit card payments.
Most credit cards have 3D Security which has to be activated in order for you to make a purchase. If you are not sure whether the 3D Security for your credit card is activated or not, kindly contact your bank directly and they will help you. No, taxes for customs are not included in our prices. Taxes for customs will be handled by your country’s custom service.
Our return process can take up to 15 days, from the date you sent back your order. As soon as your return has been received by us and your refund has been initiated, you will receive a confirmation of this by e-mail. Depending on payment method it might take 2-5 business days from when you received the return confirmation, before you get your refund.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
For all shipping we use DHL, both for the European and International parcels.
Every order usually leaves our warehouse within three (3) to five (5) working days. The time period for the shipping carrier to send the package to the customer may vary, depending on which country the package should be sent to.
It usually takes 5-7 days for all European countries and about 7-10 days to the rest of the world.
We offer free, worldwide shipping for all our orders. Any import duties or custom fee’s though, are not included in the price.
The first attempt is always home delivery. If you’re not at home, the freight company will notify you by a note in your mailbox with more information*. You can also check the location of the parcel with the tracking number that was provided when the order was fulfilled.
*This may vary depending on country and location.
All parcels that don’t get collected will be returned back to us. In this case you will be charged with a fee for the returned parcel. The fee covers all the shipping costs, for the shipping from us and the return to us.
